Custom Home Designs

Although our main focus is selling Stock House Plans, we do offer custom residential design services with some designers. Please send us an email letting us know what it is you're looking for and we'll have a designer give you a call back.

For Stock Plan Modifications please us the "Ask The Designer" feature that is on every plan page. Just go to the house plan you're interested in and click on the link titled "Ask The Designer" and a box will pop up that shows the plan number filled out and when you submit your question it goes directly to the designer of that house plan.
